We are looking for a qualified Residential Valuer to join our valuation division. The role involves inspecting, analyzing, and valuing residential properties while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and professionalism. You will prepare detailed valuation reports and support clients with strategic insights for property investment, financing, and acquisition decisions.

Job Responsibility:

• Conduct precise valuations for villas, apartments, and townhouses across the UAE.
• Prepare professional valuation reports in line with RICS and local regulatory standards.
• Research property transactions and analyze current residential market trends.
• Collaborate with banks, developers, and private clients for mortgage and loan valuations.
• Maintain strong market awareness and contribute to internal valuation databases.

Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and professional ethics.
Assist in expanding residential valuation services through client relationship management.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related discipline.
• MRICS qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE’s residential property market.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in valuation tools and data systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

 UAE Driving License preferred.
