Vivek has earlier worked with Foreign Direct Investment compliant real estate Private Equity fund in India called Pramerica- Beekman Helix India Consulting Private Limited (later acquired by Blackrock Solutions) for over 5 years and has been involved right from the set up of the fund. Originated and deployed over $ 250 million of Equity, Preferred Equity and Mezzanine transactions in Indian Real estate Projects. Asset under Management was over USD 1 Billion. Vivek played a key role on a Real Estate development side with reputed organizations like DLF, Sahara India, Today Homes & Infrastructure, Piedmont Development Company and had worked on a variety of prime real estate projects. Vivek is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS & CEIV) an honour bestowed to professionals who demonstrate the highest level of technical and professional competence in land, property and construction.
