Reliant Surveyors, a leading real estate valuation and advisory firm in Gurgaon, India, is seeking a skilled Manager – Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and implementing the marketing strategies for establishing and growing new businesses.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities and maintain existing business
- Develop new relationships to grow business and help for company’s expansion
- Think critically when planning to ensure project success
- Responsible for preparing and implementing the marketing strategies for establishing and growing new business verticals in valuation services and other company services, maintaining professional relationships with clients to boost the profile of the company in the marketing for prospective growth (retain clients and new clients introduced)
- Preparing strategies and tapping new possible contacts for getting the company name listed in the regional banks /NBFC as approved valuators, working closely with the management and the team to maximize the opportunity in market penetration and cross-selling the services in India
- Responsible for exploring new opportunities with your network in the region with local/ international banks, corporate clients, audit companies, lawyers, insurance companies, owner association companies, real estate developers /brokers, and financial institutes
Required Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Background experience from the Banking Industry
- 5-7 years prior industry-related business development experience in Real Estate valuation BD
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Confident in presentation delivery
- Proven record of achieving targets
- Good organizational skills / Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
