Reliant Surveyors, a leading real estate valuation and advisory firm in Gurgaon, India, is seeking a skilled Assistant Manager – Mortgage Valuation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting valuation assessments of real estate assets owned by our corporate clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for conducting primary and secondary research within the real estate segment, followed by structuring, and analyzing the gathered data.
• Required to undertake valuation estimations of various projects and to prepare reports/presentations on the findings of the valuation study undertaken.
• Responsible for valuation workings based on Direct Capitalization, Income Approach, Direct Comparison Approach, etc.
• Undertake Financial Feasibility Analyses, Market Analyses, Due Diligence Exercises, etc
• To prepare valuation reports and proposals.
• To maintain databases and assist the manager in operational work locations.
• Compare the property’s selling value to other buildings in the area.
Required Candidate profile:
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or related fields
• Should have 3 – 5 Years of experience after education in the same field.
• May have worked in the field of finance with a Real Estate Consulting firm.
• May have worked with banks / NBFCs as a relationship manager etc.
• Experience with Big 4’s or IPC is a plus
