Job Responsibility:

• Lead and manage the delivery of valuations for a range of property types, including residential, commercial, and specialized assets.
• Oversee Loan Security, Institutional, and Corporate Valuations.
• Articulate and present reports and deliverables in the required detail to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Oversee complex valuation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market trends and property performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Contribute to business development efforts and identify opportunities for growth within the valuation sector.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant residential valuation experience, ideally within the UK, India, or GCC property sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a RICS-accredited degree.
• MRICS qualification is essential.
• Proven experience in property valuation and consultancy, preferably within a chartered surveying firm.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
