Job Description: As a Valuation Consultant at Reliant Surveyors, you will play a critical role in delivering precise and reliable property and asset valuations across various sectors. Your work will involve market analysis, preparing comprehensive reports, and providing actionable insights that support our clients in making informed decisions.

Job Responsibility: At Reliant Surveyors, collaboration is key. You will work closely with teams across project management, legal, and finance to ensure your valuations align with business objectives and regulatory standards. You will communicate your findings effectively and take feedback from team members to continually improve your work.

  • Conducting in-depth property and market research to ensure accurate valuations
  • Preparing detailed valuation reports and presenting findings to clients
  • Analyzing real estate market trends and relevant economic factors
  • Staying current on valuation methods, industry standards, and regulations
  • Building strong client relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality service

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification from a recognized body is a plus
